Tracked Delivery for Wholesale Orders
Sterling Ventures works with Parcelforce, DPD and Palletforce to support tracked delivery for trade customers, with click and collect available from the Birmingham warehouse.
Delivery Partners
Reliable, Tracked Trade Distribution
Orders are handled through recognised delivery partners including Parcelforce, DPD and Palletforce. Consignments are tracked so customers can follow the status of their delivery once dispatched.
Orders placed before the 11am cut-off time are processed the same day and delivered in accordance with the delivery request and service selected.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Customers are responsible for tracking consignments using the tracking number provided and contacting Sterling Ventures if a consignment is more than 2 days late.

Clear Delivery Rates for Trade Orders
Sterling Ventures has no minimum order on the website, with delivery charges based on destination and order value.
Mainland UK
£40 + VATFor England, Scotland and Wales mainland orders between £1 and £750 + VAT. Standard 3 working day delivery is free for orders over £750 + VAT.
Northern Ireland & ROI
£70 + VATFor orders between £200 and £3000. The minimum order is £200 + VAT, and delivery is free for orders over £3000.
Europe & Other Countries
QuoteFreight to Europe and delivery to other countries can be arranged on request. Please email the team for a quote before placing the order.

From Order Cut-Off to Tracked Consignment
The process is designed to keep trade customers informed and to make collection or delivery straightforward.
Place Your Order
Submit the order online, by phone or through the team, making sure the delivery address is correct.
Meet the Cut-Off
Orders placed before 11am are processed the same day wherever possible.
Track the Goods
Use the tracking details provided and contact Sterling Ventures if a consignment is more than 2 days late.
Collect if Needed
Lower value orders may be accepted for collection from the warehouse in Nechells, Birmingham by arrangement.
Click & Collect
Collect from Birmingham
Click and collect is available for suitable orders from the Sterling Ventures warehouse in Nechells, Birmingham.
For lower value orders or collection requests, please email business@sterlingventures.co.uk before arranging your visit so the team can confirm availability and next steps.
The warehouse is located at Unit 1-3, St Clements Road, Birmingham, B7 5AF.
