How can I access your product catalogue and pricing?
Complete the registration form on the Sterling Ventures website. Once your registration is approved, you will gain access to trade-only catalogues and pricing, and can place orders directly through the website.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes up to 5 working days. During busier periods this may extend to 7 working days. If express delivery is required, contact business@sterlingventures.co.uk; additional charges apply.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value on the website. Customers are welcome to order as much or as little as they need.
Is my postage free?
Mainland UK deliveries are £40 + VAT for orders under £750 excluding VAT, and free for orders over £750 excluding VAT.
Ireland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands deliveries are £70 + VAT for orders up to £3000 excluding VAT, and free for orders over £3000 excluding VAT.
Local collection is available free of charge from Unit 1-3, St Clements Road, Nechells, Birmingham, B7 5AF.
Are there discounts on bulk orders?

What payment methods are available?
Sterling Ventures accepts major payment methods including debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers.
Can I get a refund for my order?
If fragile or breakable items arrive damaged during transit, take a photo of the damage and contact the customer service team by email or phone within 14 days of receipt. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
If you change your mind or no longer need the product, you are responsible for return postage costs. Once the item is received back in its original and unused form, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Where do you ship from, and can I collect for free?
Orders are fulfilled from the Sterling Ventures warehouse in Birmingham. Free collection is available; please allow 1-2 days for the order to be fulfilled. The team will contact you when the order is ready for collection.
How can I track my order?
- Log in to your account to access the order tracking page.
- Go to Order Tracking under the Navigation section or Order History from the account screen.
- Open the order detail to view the current status and related information.
