Carbon Reduction Plan
Committed to Lower Carbon Wholesale Operations
Sterling Ventures recognises the urgent need to address climate change and is committed to reducing its carbon footprint across import, export, warehousing, administration and distribution activities.
Our Commitment
A Practical Path to Net Zero
As a non-food Cash & Carry in the UK, specialising in the import, export and distribution of a wide range of goods, Sterling Ventures understands the impact that transport, warehousing and administration can have on emissions.
The Carbon Reduction Plan sets out our commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2045, aligning with ISO 14001 principles and improving the way carbon data is collected and reviewed.
The plan is designed to create a clear baseline, support better decision making and guide the business towards measurable emissions reduction across its operations.

Energy consumption, handling equipment, storage operations and day-to-day distribution centre activity.
Office energy use, business processes, purchasing decisions and data required for accurate reporting.
Waste generation and other relevant metrics that help identify opportunities to reduce operational impact.

Identify Reductions
